First day of the Texas Method trial run.  This seems like it is going to hurt.

Squats 5×5

KROC -365
Monk – 275
Slim – 420

Bench 5×5

KROC – 285
Slim – 285

Deadlift (conventional) 1×5

KROC – 405
Slim – 405

 

Frankie and Sergio hit all the sets as well, but I don’t have their numbers.  The 5×5 squats was a crusher.
