Thursday – 5/16/13 – Training Log

Had to move the intensity day up one day due to travel on Friday.
This didn’t allow for as much recovery as I normally like as we did the easy day yesterday. Still made all the lifts, but under duress. The next few weeks will be extremely challenging as I have a ton of travel scheduled.
