Wednesday – 5/8/13 – Training Log

This is the low intensity day of the Texas method.  We are working off the template that akharon from reddit made. – link for DL is here

Today’s training is scheduled at 4pm at the gym for this:

Squat 2×5
Press 3×5
Back Extensions 5×10
Chin-ups – 3 sets to failure

I will expand this post with the actual numbers later today or tomorrow.

I am feeling damn stiff from Monday’s training.  The next six weeks are bound to be difficult.
